    **Group/Division Summary**

    When your part of the repair team, you’ll do important work, like helping customers in finding cures for cancer, protecting the environment or making sure our food is safe. Your work will have real-world impact, and you’ll be supported in achieving your career goals.

    **Position Summary:**

    Primary duties include performing in-house and field servicing of Cold Storage and Temperature Control products (baths, circulators, re-circulators, chillers, freezers, centrifuges, etc.) This includes performing evaluation, repair and testing of customer equipment. Also, required to identify service resource and tooling needs while alerting management of product repair trends. Additional duties could include assisting with receiving/shipping and communicating with customers.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    + Service and maintain equipment to ensure 100% customer happiness.

    + Perform Customer Services, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing customer equipment and field installations of applicable products.

    + Calibrate customer equipment according to specifications.

    + Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.

    + Participate in training as needed to improve knowledge base.

    + Provide support to engineering, manufacturing, and sales.

    + Provide adequate documentation and reports upon completion of each assigned job.

    **Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**

    + Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.

    + Minimum 3 years experience with temperature control equipment and/or refrigeration.

    + Mechanically/Electrically proficient

    + Pipe brazing and soldering skills

    + Solid troubleshooting skills

    + Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    + EPA Certification Preferred

    The USMC MQ-9 CLS Technician is a qualified and skilled aircraft electronics and Ground Support Station technician with experience in troubleshooting multiple electronics systems both aircraft and control stations. Work may be reviewed by supervisor for general compliance with accepted practices.

    **Essential Responsibilities:**

    + Must maintain assigned UAS aircraft electrical generators, load banks, starters, relays, batteries, actuators, circuit breakers, switches, and aircraft instruments.

    + Must apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers’ manuals or similar documents. Examples of such problems include determining the location and density of circuitry, evaluating electromagnetic radiation, isolating malfunctions, and incorporating engineering changes.
