The Senior Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Senior Product Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Be a part of Membership & Plan Services (MPS) Product Management space with a focus on Medicaid Enrollment & Premium Reconciliation- Humana is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help accomplish enterprise goals that will lead to better outcomes and improved member experience. The Senior Product Manager understands the healthcare industry and various changes it is going through. As part of the MPS Product Management team, the senior product manager will lead all phases of the product life cycle from inception to implementation by developing products to solve complex healthcare challenges. Once products are launched, they monitor the efficacy of products and use customer and business partner feedback to adjusts products over time for continued achievement of the desired results. Highly visible role will involve evaluating user/consumer feedback, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate concepts to discrete requirements, prioritization of products and work with partners on implementation.

The Senior Product Manager work assignments involve work on resolving various complex issues and requires collaboration directly with customers, business owners, industry organizations and solution management to ensure solutions deliver tangible business value.

The Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in developing and managing Medicaid and Dual Eligible insurance products and services that meet the needs of Humana's customers while aligning with its business objectives. Responsibilities include:

+ Understand Humana Medicaid and Dually Eligible Customers by researching their needs and pain points and designing simplified consumer centric solutions.

+ Analyze industry trends and the marketplace to ensure Humana's Enrollment and Premium Reconciliation solutions remain competitive.

+ Evaluate system performance and consumer feedback to develop data driven insights to inform the product roadmap.

+ Collaborate with the Medicaid Epic Owner to ensure alignment between the Medicaid Vertical and the Enrollment Horizontal.

+ Work with additional Enrollment Senior Product Managers and the leadership team across the Enrollment Horizontal to align outcomes to product roadmap, portfolio vision, and enterprise strategy.

+ Collaborate with the Product Owners of the delivery teams to provide accurate business context and ensure successful delivery.

+ Work with business owners and leaders to design and document detailed project requirements ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy.

+ Communicate product vision and requirements to Product Owner and maintain oversight of successful delivery.

+ Interfaces with vendors and other external consumers on business strategy, technology development, and delivery.

+ Communicates strategy, progress, roadblocks, and value to senior leadership.

Success in this role involves the following:

+ Ability to align outcomes to product roadmap, portfolio vision, and enterprise strategy.

+ Making decisions on complex issues regarding technical approach for project components and collaboration with the Product Owners of the delivery teams to provide accurate business context and ensure successful delivery.

+ Excellent communication skills and experience addressing stakeholders at all levels.

+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate area of knowledge (e.g., technology, health care, business administration, etc.)

+ Minimum of 4 years of related work experience as a Product Manager

+ Adept at performing competitor analysis to synthesize the marketplace and produce actionable insights

+ Experience working collaboratively across multiple functional areas (e.g., operations, finance, call center, implementation, etc.) and fostering teamwork

+ Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation skills)

+ A growth mindset who thrives on taking on new challenges and embraces working in a fast-paced changing environment

+ Ability to use data and analytical thinking to make fact-based decisions and/or recommendations

+ Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Platform

**Work-At-Home Requirements**

+ At minimum, a download speed of 25 mbps and an upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

+ Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

+ Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

+ Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

+ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ MBA or similar higher-level education

+ New Medicaid State Implementation, Dual/Medicaid plan experience

+ Proven ability to bring new consumer centric features and solutions to market with experience/training in agile delivery and product management

+ Scaled Agile (SAFe), PMP, Lean Six Sigma or related certifications

**Pay Range**

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$102,200 - $140,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
