**Where You Will Work **

Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support our operations in finance, human resources, health and safety, information technology, planning, and more. Our flexible work program allows employees to work virtually as well as come together in person when needed at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix and/or one of our site locations. Employees can work remotely from most states in the U.S., with the exception of California, Connecticut, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma and South Carolina. Additional states may be excluded from remote work based on business factors. Should the position shift to in-person (office/site) work in the future, the company will offer relocation benefits at that time, so long as the position meets the established eligibility for these benefits.

**Description**

To provide technical input in the development, implementation and maintenance of the enterprise GIS platform; to develop implementation strategies for GIS technologies for internal stakeholders to maximize multi discipline usage of GIS data; to develop and maintain GIS information and supporting databases for management of geospatial content. Specific tasks may include geospatial task automation, field inspection form digitization, mobile field application development and support, new and emerging technology integration, and general departmental GIS initiatives.

+ Development and maintenance of GIS applications to integrate existing and new GIS data into internal/external stakeholders business practices.

+ Develops, plans, and implements complex GIS analysis tools for the system users and operators; designs and develops complex GIS database models and templates.

+ Performance of business-critical geospatial analysis, and training for any of the facilities in the portfolio.

+ Development of scripts for streamlining geospatial processes.

+ Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Geography or related field and at least four (4) years of experience with GIS software, including experience with GIS software and platforms including the creation and administration of databases; OR

+ Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Geography or related field and at least two (2) years of experience with GIS software, including experience with GIS software and platforms including the creation and administration of databases

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Basic programming skills and/or familiarity with one or more languages such as (Python, Javascript, R etc)

+ Familiarity with Satellite Remote Sensing Technology and/or Imagery Analysis

Criteria/Conditions:

+ Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.

**What We Offer You**

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently **$72,000-$98,000.** This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation considerations based on company and individual performance. Additionally, this position is currently eligible for annual long-term incentive consideration. Long-term incentives are contingent upon authorized approval under the terms and conditions of the Company's plan and award agreements.
