Our team is focused on developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase Intel's perception as a technology leader, get credit for our innovations among a targeted B2B audience, and build relevance in artificial intelligence through our Bringing AI Everywhere initiative.

The campaign project manager role facilitates coordination across all cross-functional team activities, maintaining timelines, coordinating across teams, and integrating with regional execution teams. They oversee all aspects of the campaign pod projects and ensure completion of projects on time within budget and scope. They set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize project progress on a regular basis. This individual will work alongside team members in the Global Media, Advertising and Campaign team, which is part of the Global Marketing Group.

**Responsibilities included but not limited to:**

+ Coordinate with product marketing, solutions marketing, digital experience, creative services, insights and regional marketing teams for project management.

+ Work with agencies for project execution and monitoring.

+ Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.

+ Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility as well resource availability and allocation.

+ Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

+ Manage project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

+ Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate issues as needed.

+ Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

+ Willing to manage project's budget, timeline, scope and goals.

+ Strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to work independently in a dynamically changing and often ambiguous environment.

**Qualifications**

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

**Minimum Qualification:**

+ Bachelor's or Associate degree in business, marketing, communications or related field

+ 4 + years of cross functional project management experience.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Workfront

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience working at a large company within the tech industry.

+ History of managing campaign and marketing related projects

+ Knowledge of artificial intelligence

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $92,847.00-$148,355.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

**Working Model**

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
