As a Sr Quality Control Analyst here at Honeywell, you will help to shape and maintain our organization's commitment to exceptional quality standards. Your responsibilities will involve not only guiding and mentoring a dedicated quality control team but also spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge quality control procedures. You will have the opportunity to conduct in-depth inspections and tests across various stages of production, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous enhancement.

You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager and you’ll work onsite at our St Louis, MO location.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality of our products and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and mentor a team of quality control professionals

+ Develop and implement robust quality control procedures

+ Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality; which may require ability to move and operate across confined spaces

+ Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

+ Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs (single carry)

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 6+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance

+ U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS: Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
