Connect with us and support the world's most advanced avionics within the Electronic Solutions Platform Organization where we have an immediate need for a top-performing Lead Eng Tech II to join our elite team that will deliver on the hardware electronics that Aerospace runs on. We are seeking someone who brings the right experience to support avionics-based products within the Anthem / Thunderbolt Team. This position is in Phoenix Deer Valley, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

+ Create new methods, techniques, and processes

+ Perform testing

+ Provide Customer Support

+ Support Avionics Products and work with the Engineering teams to build lab fixtures / cables, run engineering lab tests, debug hardware problems, execute Qualification tests and assist with parts procurement as needed.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Proficiency in Electronic Assembly and Test.

+ Troubleshooting skills and experience.

+ Proficient in the use of oscilloscopes and other test equipment commonly used to test and troubleshoot hardware circuits and products.

WE VALUE

+ Test complex analog and digital circuitry for module level and system level configurations.

+ Design, implement and troubleshoot electrical / mechanical test sets, test fixtures, chassis, mini-cabinets and micro/mini system benches.

+ Perform qualification of complex and discrete electronic components.

+ Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis of analog and digital circuits.

+ Assist with Hardware Validation and Verification test procedures, along with executing tests and documenting results.

+ Some experience in test support

+ Have practical experience working with engineering equipment

+ Be able to find effective solutions based on root causes; and apply six sigma procedures.

+ Sound technical judgment and opinions.

+ Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team or project setting.

+ Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.

+ Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.

+ Associate degree (in Electronics) is valued
