**Responsibilities**
+ Patient population - 18+; Geriatric
+ Work shift: 4 x 10-hour days
+ Provider will have 4 hours of administrative time per week
+ Daily patient volume: 22-24 patients per day
+ EMR: Cerner
+ Procedures - Suturing, cyst removal, wound care, EKG’s,etc. Will vary by experience.
+ Call: On call up to 4 times per month and the days of the week vary, including weekend call. Weekends are 24 hr call and weekdays are 5-8am on-call
+ No Shift call- just after hours on-call
+ This is a panel position and provider will be expected to see new patients, acute visits, annual wellness, ER follow ups, etc.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum**
+ Graduate of an accredited program with a Master's degree in Nursing
+ Compact state or Arizona RN license
+ Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license or elgibilty to obtain
+ National Certificate as an nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations
+ Valid DEA registration
+ American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider
**Preferred**
+ PREFERRED: American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
**Pay Range**
$48.54 - $75.00 /hour
