As an Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. You will assist with various tasks such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

You will report directly to our team lead and you'll work out of our Baton Rouge, Louisiana location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our team by providing reliable administrative support and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage calendars and schedule appointments

• Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes

• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

• Maintain and update databases and filing systems

• Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports

• Provide general administrative support to the team

US REQUIREMENT

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
