Requirements
Three years of work experience.
No certifications or licenses required.
Must have basic math skills.
Moderate reading skills required for batch records, emails, etc.
Must have basic computer skills.
Must have moderate language skills. Fluency in multiple languages desirable.
Must have moderate writing skills.
Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.

Summary
Make sure all machines in the specialty packaging area are running and that production areas are fully staffed. Verify materials and products for each batch run. Track daily numbers and ensure department efficiency. Assist the supervisor as needed. Close out batch records on paper and in the system.
