The Coconino County Juvenile Courts Department is seeking a Program Coordinator-CASA Recruiter and Trainer. Minimum Qualifications: Sixty semester hours of post high school course work in public/business administration, or a related field within subject area, and two years of administrative experience; OR, any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Preferred Qualifications: include a degree in social work or counseling, a degree or experience in marketing; experience in child welfare or related field; experience creating and providing trainings; demonstrated skill in management of a diverse population of volunteers; experience in recruitment and program promotion. Additional Requirements: Must be willing to travel within the State of Arizona as needed.
