Description

Our client, a CPA firm on the northside of Tucson, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis! In this role, you will be responsible for bookkeeping for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions and records. The role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where you will utilize various accounting software systems, including QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing full cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients

• Utilizing QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to manage financial transactions and records

• Handling all aspects of accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Taking on the moth-end close

• Expertly using Microsoft Excel for financial data management

• Implementing and managing computerized accounting systems

• Using ADP for payroll

• Ensuring accuracy in all financial records and transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Competency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, etc.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Expertise in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks for managing and tracking company's financial transactions
