**Summary**

Plans and directs application development, support and admin activities of the Operational Technology Applications (OTA) Division, for Power System engineering and field applications.

**What You'll Do**

+ Meets with business stakeholders to identify priorities and establish a delivery schedule for supported applications.

+ Supervises, hires, trains, provides work direction and problem solving assistance for daily operations of staff.

+ Coordinates and manages a staff that designs, develops, tests, debugs, supports and implements OT software applications in accordance with specifications and business needs.

+ Manages resource allocations.

+ Demonstrates effective communication across levels of the organization.

+ Has a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and ability to understand technical functions in a digital landscape.

+ Responsible for vendor relationship management and coordination/escalation of any root cause analysis for issues.

+ Facilitates employee development.

+ Manages, develops and supervises professional and technical personnel in the planning and execution of assigned projects.

+ Develops long and short range capital replacement strategies and plans.

+ Partners with other OT Services groups, Power System business units, and IT to identify, evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives and business support requirements.

+ Manages the O&M budget associated with department responsibilities.

**What It Takes To Succeed**

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of IT and OT applications and processes.

**Experience**

A minimum of eight years of related experience is required (if no degree, 12 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling 12 years).

**Education**

A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
