SanTrac Technologies, a leader in innovative Information Technology, VoIP Telephone, and Low Voltage Solutions, is seeking a motivated and skilled Help Desk Support Technician. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team where your ideas and input will directly impact the company’s growth and success.

As a Help Desk Support Technician, you will play a key role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients and assisting with various projects across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional technical support to clients, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of issues
• Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT systems, including desktops, VoIP systems, and network upgrades
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and provide ongoing system support
• Make necessary updates and adjustments to hosted VoIP systems based on customer requests
• Offer onsite support to clients using industry-standard remote access tools and ticketing systems
• Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical clients to ensure smooth service delivery
• Contribute to network upgrade initiatives, assisting in the planning and execution of projects

Desired Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10 & 11)
• Experience with Active Directory (Account Creation, Termination, Password Resets)
• Strong understanding of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with deploying cybersecurity tools, 2FA set-up, and password managers
• Experience with creating email accounts for O365 and Exchange Online environments
• Ability to configure remote access software for users
• Familiarity with VoIP system configuration and maintenance
• Expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with excellent self-motivation, organizational, and time management skills
• Open to feedback and eager to learn and adapt to SanTrac Technologies' procedures
• Proactive and able to take initiative, working independently to address issues and drive solutions
• Strong technical expertise and the ability to apply advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve complex IT challenges
• Capable of thriving in both independent and collaborative environments, balancing autonomy with a team-oriented mindset

Requirements:
• CompTIA A+ certification (required)
• Ability to travel locally to customer locations
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a Drug & Background Check
• Knowledge of PC/laptop repair, printer repair, and local area networks
• Ability to lift or move various computer equipment
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
