PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Assembly & Testing Technician** to join our team for the **2nd shift** . This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for testing, quality control, and contributing to a high-performing team.

**What You’ll Do:** As an **Assembly & Testing Technician** , you will play a key role in conducting industry-specific tests on equipment, analyzing results, and ensuring that all products meet required standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

+ **Performing Standard Testing:** Execute testing processes on a variety of equipment according to industry standards.

+ **Recording and Analyzing Results:** Collect and document test data, analyze results for accuracy and quality assurance.

+ **Operating Testing Equipment:** Use specialized equipment safely to perform tests and measure results.

+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth operations and identify areas for improvement.

+ **Safety and Quality Control:** Follow safety protocols while ensuring that all testing procedures are completed efficiently and accurately.

**What We’re Looking For:**

+ **Required Qualifications:**

+ 0-2 years of experience in a testing or quality control role.

+ Basic knowledge of testing equipment and procedures.

+ Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures.

+ Must be available to work overtime as needed.

+ **Physical Requirements:**

+ Ability to lift up to **30 lbs.** (minimal repetition).

+ Exposure to machinery, chemicals, and other industrial risks.

+ Operation of powered industrial trucks as needed.

+ **Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
